VitraCell applications

One state-to-fate architecture. Multiple rare-cell problems.

VitraCell focuses on living cells whose future behavior makes them disproportionately important: the tumor cell that survives treatment, the CAR-T cell that persists, the TIL that remains tumor-reactive, or the rare blood-borne cell that must be recovered before it can be studied.

The common problem

The important cell is often identified only after the outcome.

VitraCell's commercial thesis is that preserving identity across time can retain information that is difficult to reconstruct from separate-cell snapshots. The value is application-specific: history must add information that changes a research decision.

Treatment response, persistence and resistance

Use an identity-preserved longitudinal layer to ask which early cellular states or response patterns distinguish cells that later die, persist, recover or emerge as resistant populations.

Commercial vertical 02 · Cell therapy

Functional heterogeneity in CAR-T, TCR-T, TIL and NK-cell programs

Therapeutic immune cells are living products with heterogeneous function. VitraCell is extending the state-to-fate research model toward questions involving persistence, exhaustion, killing activity, expansion and recovery after defined stimulation or target-cell encounter.

CTCs and other scarce viable populations

Vimeran is being developed first for label-free viable CTC recovery from blood. If successful, the acquisition layer can be evaluated for additional rare-cell populations only where cell-specific physics, viability and downstream requirements support it.

Commercial discipline

Not every rare cell is a VitraCell market.

Rarity matters only when it creates a meaningful information constraint. VitraCell should pursue applications where the original living cell is difficult to replace, expansion changes the biological question, destructive testing forces a tradeoff, or longitudinal history improves a valuable decision.

Have a rare-cell question with a decision attached?

Send the cell population, perturbation, current endpoint and what your team needs to decide next. VitraCell will determine whether a bounded state-to-fate study is a credible fit.
